11.30 - Creating the Right Image - clothes to suit specific countries and cultures

12.00 - International Selling – how to prepare & what to expect

1.00 - LUNCH - this will also cover:

  • table etiquette
  • table settings
  • selecting wines
  • unfamiliar cuisine
  • drinking responsibly
  • conversation & listening skills
  • seating plans
  • what to do if things go wrong

2.00 - Business Etiquette - guidance on:

  • greetings
  • corporate entertaining
  • what to wear for different occasions
  • gift giving

2.30 - International Body Language – learning to read non-verbal communication

3.00 - How to Make a Lasting First Impression – creating a positive impact through posture, protocol & approach

3.30 - TEA

4.00 - Presenting to an International Audience – this session will go through the fundamentals of how to prepare for an audience for whom English is a foreign language, covering the use of words & the creation of visual aids

5.00 - Question Time
